Contact inquiries
The contact form processes your name, email, service choice, preferred contact time, and message. We use this information to answer you and prepare a requested offer, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where relevant to a prospective contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence. Requests are stored using Supabase. Access is restricted to people handling your inquiry.
Hosting and security
Production hosting is planned on Namecheap Stellar shared hosting with cPanel. Hosting can process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps for delivery and security. The domain is managed through Cloudflare; website traffic passes through Cloudflare only if its proxy is enabled. The hosting server location, Supabase region, processor agreements, and applicable international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before commercial launch.
Preferences and currency rates
A first-party currency cookie remembers your explicit selection for up to one year from your most recent currency choice. Visits do not renew it. Local storage remembers language until cleared; currency is not stored there. Browser time zone is used locally to suggest a currency; no IP-location lookup is used. Currency rates are fetched from Frankfurter, which receives the network information needed for that request. We do not implement advertising analytics or tracking cookies.
Calendly, WhatsApp, and external links
Booking and WhatsApp buttons are external links. The website does not embed their booking or chat widgets. Opening a link connects you to the relevant provider, whose privacy terms apply. Avoid sending sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Retention and rights
We retain inquiries as long as needed for correspondence and any resulting work, subject to statutory retention duties. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, object to processing, and withdraw consent where used. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.
