Consumer distance contracts
If you contract as a consumer and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Using the sample below is optional.
Refunds and early work
Where statutory withdrawal applies, repayment is generally due within 14 days after notice using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without repayment fees. If you expressly requested work during the withdrawal period, a proportionate payment may be due under applicable law. For service contracts, expiry after full performance requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgment. Merely starting work does not automatically remove the right.

Application before launch
Mawqiei accepts business and private consumer inquiries. This notice addresses service contracts. Digital-content contracts can require different withdrawal information; the applicable notice must accompany the relevant offer. Consumer notices will be supplied with the contract before work begins.
