Scope and agreement
Mohammad El-Musleh, trading as Mawqiei.net, offers website development, ongoing website care, and online-store or integration services to businesses and private consumers. These pages describe the service framework. Your written offer and accepted agreement confirm the binding scope, price, payment dates, delivery schedule, and any ongoing term before work starts.
Requests and quotes
Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not place an order. We clarify requirements and prepare an offer. Changes or additional work are agreed before they are carried out.
Prices and third-party services
Euro prices are the base prices. Dollar and pound figures are approximate conversions for comparison. Your written quote confirms taxes and the billing currency. Initial development, ongoing care, advertising budgets, and third-party charges are identified in the agreed offer.
Working together
You provide the agreed content, approvals, and authorized access needed for the project. You should have the rights to materials you provide. Delays or changed requirements are discussed and the schedule is updated by agreement.
Delivery and ongoing care
Deliverables, revisions, handover, support scope, renewal, and termination arrangements are specified in the written agreement. Please report problems promptly so we can investigate. Statutory rights remain unaffected. We do not promise specific search rankings, advertising results, or uninterrupted third-party services.
Before launch
The contracting provider is Mohammad El-Musleh as a sole trader. These service terms are a draft framework for review before commercial launch. They do not replace the agreed contract or mandatory consumer protections.
